After Monday's truely delightful cycle, I took a break on Tuesday as think I may have sprained my wrist. I have had so many problems with it over the years - I think ever since I fell down some concrete steps when I was a teen it may have started? Now typing too much and falling over at least once a year means it is hard to shake off.
The pain this week feels a little different and think maybe I slightly sprained it when lifting the bike or put to much pressure holding on.
Anyway yesterday, it was feeling a little better and only really hurting if I turned it so I felt up to a cycle which was great as I wanted to cycle from Finsbury Park to Regent's Park to see a friend.
So on monday I covered about 9 miles and yesterday just over 8 miles.
- I managed to not freak out when caught in between still traffic and the curb line, just kept following the zillion commuter cyclists in front of me, giving myself a pep talk.
- Nearly found myself in between two busses, didn't freak out.
- Getting more confident with the junctions.
