It's so good to put this recipe online!
When I started doing my 'fine food friday', I had no idea how much work it would be. Making sure I got all the photos was the easy bit, processing them through picassa and adding the receipe should have been very easy - apparently it isn't really. Which meant I kind of got frustrated and gave up.
So for my sanity these will now look a little simpler and be uploaded a little less often?
This recipe is one my 10 year old charge learnt at school and over the summer holidays she made it for us a few times. I'm glad it is finally online as it means I can now make it without having to ask her for the instructions! It is an ideal dish for hot days, healthy and fun - add some salmon or tuna for some protein!
